MO’s Food Consulting and FoodKnowHow were founded by Mohamed (Mo) Obanni. Mo is a highly experienced Scientific Leader with over 25 years of experience in product development, food safety, and quality assurance, and supply chain in multiple food and beverage categories. Mo’s expertise is also in ingredients and finished food systems with hands-on involvement in building supply chains from ground up. He has developed may brand in plant-based beverages, frozen desserts, soups/broths, plant-based yogurts, and Dairy Greek-style yogurts. He has recently been introduced to pet foods formulation and AAFCO regulations.

Services include product development from concept to commercialization, process development, food safety, and quality assurance, 3rd Party certifications of finished products (USDA organic, Non-GMO Project, Gluten-Free, Kosher), continuous improvement to generate cost savings, FDA regulations, food allergens, supply chain (ingredient sourcing, co-manufacturing).
