Mo is a highly experienced Scientific Leader with over 25 years of experience in product development, food safety, and quality assurance, and supply chain in multiple food and beverage categories. Mo’s expertise is also in ingredients and finished food systems with hands-on involvement in building supply chains from ground up. He has developed may brand in plant-based beverages, frozen desserts, soups/broths, plant-based yogurts, and Dairy Greek-style yogurts. He has recently been introduced to pet foods formulation and AAFCO regulations.
